5-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
Sweet Home Custom Roofing, LLC warrants that roofing systems
we install are free from defects in workmanship and misapplication of materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of substantial completion.
During this period, if the roof leaks due to our improper installation or misapplication of the roofing materials and accessories, we will, at our sole expense, repair or re-cover the affected portion of the roofing system as necessary to restore it to a watertight condition. This includes the reasonable cost of labor and replacement materials we provide.
This provides complete protection on the entire roofing system we installed—from top to bottom, ridge to eave.

Leaks and defects directly resulting from our workmanship or misapplication of the installed roofing products and accessories.

Prompt inspection and emergency response where appropriate.

Reasonable assistance with insurance claims documentation.
What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by storms, hail, high winds, lightning, fire, or other acts of God.
Improper maintenance, neglect, or alterations/modifications by anyone other than Sweet Home Custom Roofing, LLC.
Damage from ice damming, inadequate attic ventilation, or structural settling.
Consequential or secondary damages, including interior water damage, personal property, or loss of use.
Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or algae growth.
Repair & Replacement Limitations
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and installation. Our responsibility is limited to repairing or re-covering only the specific portion of the roofing system that is leaking or defective due to our workmanship or misapplication.
We will use materials of substantially the same type, grade, and color as the original installed roofing products whenever reasonably available.
Important Notes:

We do not repair or replace undamaged or non-leaking areas of the roof solely for aesthetic, color-matching, shading, or cosmetic reasons.

Replacement materials may not blend perfectly with the existing roof due to normal weathering, manufacturing variations, fading over time, or product discontinuation.
Claims Process
To make a claim, notify us by completing the “File Claim” form within 30 days of discovering the issue. We will inspect the roof within 7 business days of receiving notice (weather permitting). If the claim is covered, we will complete the repair or re-cover promptly.
Transferability
This warranty may be transferred one time to a subsequent owner of the property by completing the “Transfer Warranty” form within 30 days of the sale. A nominal transfer fee may apply.
